The campsite in Tálknafjörður is a sheltered area surrounded by trees and hedges, located next to the Tálknafjörður swimming pool and just a five-minute drive from Pollurinn, natural hot pools that are open 24/7. The campsite borders the Sveinseyri bird sanctuary, where a variety of bird species can be observed. Dining options are conveniently located nearby, with Café Dunhagi situated next to the campsite and Hópið restaurant just one kilometer away.

The campsite offers excellent facilities, including toilets, showers, hot and cold water, a washing machine, a dryer, cooking facilities, a grill, electricity, and a sewage disposal station. Wireless internet access is available, and a playground and an air trampoline provide entertainment for children.
