Family-friendly campsite at Bragðavellir

At Bragðavellir, spacious and sheltered campsites await, where children have plenty of space to play while parents can enjoy the peace and quiet. The facilities are warm and nature is always right outside the tent door, with beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

The evenings are characterized by calm, clear skies and – on lucky nights – the Northern Lights that dot the i’s. Here is a simple, safe and pleasant environment that is particularly suitable for families.

There is a restaurant on site and is open during the summer season, from June 1 to August 31.

Free for children under 16 with guardians.
